What Are We? Who Are We?

What are we? Who are we?

Destiny seekers, passionate dreamers, eternal lovers

Seeking, constantly searching for happiness

For something that will complete us, advance and enhance us

We are powerful beyond our greatest potential

With voices that speak louder, prouder, and drown out silence

Though it speaks through actions, art, and truthful hearts

We are heroes in our own worlds

Saving ourselves when we choose to hold on and never give up nor in

Yet pushing to the finish line with characters intact and faith that continues to push us to never settle for less

Believing, hoping, and praying; knowing that there is greater for us

Understanding that we were created in the image of God

Therefore, we are to become like Him, are like Him, and have our being in Him

Relatively speaking, we are co-creators with God

A part of the Royal Priesthood considered righteous in the Father's eyes

So, no we do not have to listen to the enemy's lies

We are doers, who do what is required in order to get the job done, to go to the next level, to remain sane

We are intelligent as our God is full of knowledge and wisdom

We are rich as our Father owns all; the worlds were created by Him and for Him

Powerful and whole as He is, and as He has for us to be 

So we walk and are exposed to life's circumstances

That draw us back to Him, to His Sovereignty 

So, I ask again, what are we? Who are we?

We are destiny seekers, passionate dreamers, eternal lovers

Searching, constantly seeking happiness, love, increase...

We are co-creators with God, who are powerful beyond our greatest potential

We are humans who love, who are often misunderstood

We are strong, mighty, whole, prosperous, and intelligent

But without God, we are lifeless, formless, without being

He created us to worship, to multiply, to love, and to co-create

We are destiny seekers, passionate dreamers, and eternal lovers with purpose, aspirations, and greatness awaiting us
