If I Die Today...

 If I die today, don't cry for me

Just know that I've crossed over and will live for eternity

Pre-mortal, present, immortal

My assignments are simply complete

When the end comes for me in this earthly realm

I'll let it be assuming my Father has called for me

Please, please don't cry for me

Just understand that in spirit I'd rather be

Free of this earthly body and free of these worldly issues

No more anger, anxiety, disappointments, nor tears drowning my tissues

No more chaos, lies, manipulation, hatred, nor blasphemy

If I die today, don't cry for me

You can be certain that I'm finally free

As well as loved and accepted by the God who created me in His image
